Guest Reviews & Ratings
I was a bit surprised by the room not being ready when I arrived, but once I got in, it was bigger than I expected which was a nice surprise. The service was exceptional, especially late at night when I needed assistance. The location was fantastic, near many tourist attractions. The dining experience was quite satisfying with good quality options available. The facilities were top-notch.
I chose this hotel because of its Super Nice location right by the park at the river, which was dark at night. The rooms needed little repairs but had a nice view of the surrounding buildings which was really cool. The service was ok, with the front desk staff always being courteous, friendly, and prompt. The dining experience was not so good, though different each morning. The location was recommended by the hotel for visiting the downtown area and across an authentic southern oyster/seafood restaurant mecca. Overall, a work in progress but with potential.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were huge but oddly set up, the bathrooms were amazing, but they were not as fresh and clean as promised. The service was beyond courteous, professional, and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location was great, near The Alley where I was attending a wedding, but not close to all museums. The dining experience was quite good, with some healthy options mixed in, but not purely continental as expected.
